Fully lit and video monitored parking lot behind the building.  Overflow parking available next door at the Shady Grove Germantown Medical Center.

Rent for a Special Event

Members of Our Masonic Family:
$65 per hour for the event
+ $50 for Set Up time (1 hour prior)
+ $50 for Clean Up time (1 hour after)
Minimum Charge: $250 (Charges for set up and clean up time are waived for events over 4 hours)

Non-Members
$100 per hour for the event
+ $50 for Set Up time (1 hour prior)
+ $50 for Clean Up time (1 hour after)

Minimum Charge: $250 Total

FAQ's

1Is your building handicapped accessible?
Yes our facility is completely handicapped accessible and has a handicapped parking space and restroom as well.
2What does my rental fee include?
You have access to BOTH rooms and any tables and chairs that you need, all 3 bathrooms, and the kitchen and lobby.
3What is not included?
We do not provide any supplies (food, flatware, plates/platters, cups, tablecloths, decorations). Our main lodge room (pictured on the home page of the website) is not available for special event rentals at this time.
4Can I decorate the space?
Yes you are welcome to decorate in any manner as long as it doesn't damage the property. Any glitter or confetti on the floor MUST be swept up before you depart. Please no candles or open flames of any kind.
5Can I cook in the kitchen?
Our kitchen is not rated for commercial use. You may use the microwave to warm up pre-made food.
